MAINTENANCE

All non-emergency maintenance requests must be submitted through your Tenant or Association Owner portal.

Emergency maintenance requests must follow these guidelines:

  • Emergency Maintenance is fire, free-flowing water, and no heat below 65°.  

In case of fire, dial 911 and vacate the building.

In case of free-flowing water, locate shut off valve to stop water and then contact as instructed below.

In case of loss of heat, contact as instructed below.  If alternative housing is needed while repairs are being handled, please note that rent for the dates of uninhabitability will be refunded.  Tenant insurance may cover additional expenses so check with your policy-holder.

  • Emergency hours:     
    • 5pm-8am Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.  
    • Friday 5pm thru Monday 8am.  
    • Holidays
