NOT YOUR GRAMMA'S LOCKBOX!

For those units that are vacant and can have a live showing, we use state-of-the-art self-showing technology.  Once upon a time people left a driver's license and picked up a key. I know because that is how I rented my first house in Philadelphia.  It was convenient and comfortable, and it worked.

And now, with the integration of software and smart devices, self-showing is back and better than ever!   Statistics have already proven your unit will show more and rent faster.  And the Prospects love the flexibility so they have a better first experience.  

Prospects can see your unit at their convenience by scheduling online and being given a one-time code to a "smart lockbox" or keypad technology.  No more lost opportunities because an agent wasn't free or someone got stuck in traffic or couldn't find parking (yup, that darn parking).  

Sure, not everyone will want to provide collateral information just to tour a rental property.  But those who do tend to be higher quality applicants.  Over time, self-showing will become the norm here as it already has in many cities.  But for now, here in Philly, it's us GOING ROGUE!
